Trip - Quick Cast Guided Fishing Trip in Orange Beach, AL - Cobia, Mackerel, and More on August 5, 2025

We had a really good time on our fishing trip out of Fort Morgan Marina with Captain Rick and his deckhand, Alabama Girl. They were both fantastic — professional, friendly, and especially great with the kids. They made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. The boat was in great shape and had everything we needed. It was a bit choppy out on the water, and a couple folks in our group felt a little seasick, but that’s just part of fishing sometimes. Captain Rick handled it all well and kept things moving. The catch wasn’t quite as strong as we had hoped, but we did land some fish and got to take them home for dinner. Once we got back, the crew cleaned and prepped the fish for us, which was a much-appreciated touch. All in all, a great trip with a great crew. Just remember: fishing is fishing — you won’t always catch as much as you’d like or reel in the exact species you’re hoping for. That’s no fault of the captain or the equipment. If you go in with realistic expectations and a good attitude, you’ll have a memorable day on the water.

Trip - Half Day Guided Fishing Trip in Orange Beach, AL - Redfish, Snapper, and Sea Trout on July 9, 2025

Rick and Stephanie were amazing. We were on fish as soon as the lines were in the water. They both helped us keep our lines baited and in the water and kept the boat clean and safe. Rick was a great coach and worked with me and my 12 year old son explaining the best ways to fish for the Spanish mackerel and spades that we were on. Rick cleaned our fish and packaged them up nicely. He also recommended different ways to prepare and cook them. We cooked a batch as soon as we got back to our condo and it was amazing. Great time, I 100% recommend you book at trip with them

Captain Rick is an awesome captain for us. Took us on a Red Snapper run easily caught our limit after showing us up, catching his limit in 10 min lol. Easy and fun guy. Highly recommend!

Despite challenging wind and weather conditions, Captain Richard went above and beyond to ensure my boys and I could enjoy some time out on the water. This excursion exceeded our expectations! We had an incredible time! Both captains on the boat provided valuable information about our fishing targets. They were exceptionally friendly with the kids, offering assistance in every possible way. These individuals treated us as if we were long-time fishing companions. We had a 4 hour off shore trip with Captain Rick and his deckhand, Stephanie. They were very professional and made sure me and my group had a really great time. As it was our first time they explained the process of deep sea fishing to us and my group member had a fish in the boat on the first drop within seconds of having a line in the water. We caught several dozen fish, a lot of keepers and had a great overall time. They keep our lines baited, took our fish off of our hooks, and made it an overall great experience. Would definitely recommend and will be rebooking when we decide to go again!
